Please understand that THE AVAILABILITY OF A BED IS NOT GUARANTEED unless you have pre-paid for the event.

We rent camp sites by the cabin and we cannot rent additional cabins without having event payments in hand because we have to pay for the event rental in advance IN FULL.

Unfilled beds are filled on a first-come first-served basis for those paying at-door.

*Checks MUST be received one week prior to event.

**Paying at the door will negate any pre-registration discounts.

***Promotional discounts are only available to NERO® Boston members.

****There is NO FEE TO NPC a NERO® Boston event.  Please indicate if you are planning to NPC as opposed to PC and include your character information so that we will have it available for you if you would like to take a 4-hour PC shift.  Note that PC shifts are only available to NPCs during full weekend events.
